*專輯簡介： It Bites是成軍於英國的前衛搖滾樂團，曾在1980年代發行了三張專輯"The Big Lad In The Windmill"、"Once Around the World"、"Eat Me In St Louis"之後便暫停樂團活動，一直到2000年之後才重新啟動。It Bites的風格跨越了前衛搖滾與流行音樂的界線，並在當時成功打入英國的流行音樂排行榜。歷經多次團員更迭，英國樂團Frost*的吉他手John Mitchell於2006年加入It Bites、參與樂團的音樂創作，並接續發表"The Tall Ships" (2008)、"Map Of The Past" (2012)兩張專輯。
